Sonia is the founder of the REEssenz®️ method. She developed it, applied it, and continues to evolve it consistently—not based on books, channelings, or borrowed systems, but on perception, awareness, experience, and spiritual clarity.

She has studied perception since the age of 17. As a therapeutic educator and learning therapist, she realized early on that real change only happens when the root cause is uncovered—not treated.

Sonia has led over 2,000 spiritual treatments and trained hundreds of people in spiritual testing and perception. She sees what’s truly active and she speaks it. Without filter.
